2008 Strategic Plan Highlights
As part of the Iowa Healthcare Collaborative 2008 strategic planning process,
more than 100 of our existing council, committee and workgroup members
provided input, feedback and their vision for the future of quality healthcare
in Iowa. Our 2008 strategic plan continues to build on IHC's mission and vision for Iowa.
For several years, IHC has engaged in activities
that endorse a series of four cornerstones. These
cornerstones guide the methods we employ in
our work and provide a framework for our 2008
Strategic Plan.
