Each participant will work within their facilities addressing issues, spreading ideas, and best practices. Attendees will be asked to select which session (including two different dates) they plan to attend.

In addition, cases of inappropriate care will be taken through the Iowa Candor statutory methodology with full application of the processes. Financial and non-financial options for resolution will be described and applied with the use of enactments involving trained actors.
