 How do I get started?

Start collaborating by making a post! Sharing an interesting article, tool, or resource is a great way to get the discussion going. Click on the “Start Contributing” button below My Posts on the dashboard to begin.

 How do I find posts related to a topic I'm interested in?

If you know which category (Hospital, Clinic or Community) your topic related to, click on that category's resources button in the ribbon. Posts are organized by topic tags. You may click on a topic tag to filter your posts or you may search within the category with the search bar under the topic listing. 

If you do not know which category your topic is related, then click on the search icon null in the top right corner and enter keyword related to your topic. This search will pull up your keywords across all categories.

 How do I change my password?

To change your password, click on “View Profile” in the top right corner under your name. Enter your current password and then your new password. Once complete, be sure to click save. Next time you log into the forum, be sure to use the new password you created.

 How do I change my email?
To change your email, click on “View Profile” in the top right corner under your name. Update your email address in the Email field. Once complete, be sure to click save. Next time you log into the forum, be sure to use your revised email.
 How do I edit my profile

To update your profile, click on “View Profile” in the top right corner under your name. Here you can update your general information and set a profile picture if desired. Once you have finished your changes, be sure to click save.

 How do I update my subscriptions?

To update your subscriptions, click on “View Profile” in the top right corner under your name. Click on the check box beside the categories you’d like to subscribe to or unsubscribe from. You may subscribe to as many categories as you’d like. Once complete, be sure to click save.

 How do I edit my email notifications?

To update your email notifications, click on “View Profile” in the top right corner under your name. Click on the check box beside the email notification setting you’d like to revise. Once complete, be sure to click save.

 Can I send a user a direct message?
No. However you can leave comments on a user's posts or send them an email directly via the address on their profile.
