Compensation + Benefits

Employees who work at least 35 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for benefits, with most benefits offered on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off
PTO begins accruing on employee start date. Employees are eligible for up to 20 days of PTO per year and 1 day of paid volunteer time off. IHC observes federal holidays.
401(k) Retirement Plan
401(k) Safe Harbor Retirement plan with up to 4 percent match. Discretionary contributions after one year of full-time service for employees over the age of 21.

HMO or PPO option through Wellmark.
Reimbursement for up to $1,000 of total annual deductible expenses.

Includes allowance for contact lenses.

Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier.
Includes up to $1,000 in lifetime orthodontic costs.
  •  Life/AD&D
Term life insurance of twice employee's annual salary at no cost to full-time employee. Option to cover dependents ($10,000 spouse, $5,000 child) at employees expense.
  •  Short term/Long term disability 
Premiums for Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage are 100% paid by IHC.
  •  Voluntary Benefits
Voluntary benefit plans include Accident, Critical Illness and Cancer Insurance.
Flexible Benefit Plan
Pre-tax paycheck deduction of up to $2,700 per year for individual or $5,000 per year for family. FSA can be used for health care premiums and out-of-pocket expenses.
